High School Never Ends - Bowling for Soup

Personally, I don't get why people are always like, "I hate high school it sucks and I never wanna go back there ever again!". I've actually had a lot of fun just these past two days. The feeling of being in such a big school--not just for sports, how I can finally say that I go to Wayzata High School, getting to see all my friends from volleyball and Trojan Power during the day, meeting new people. It's all so awesome! Yeah, some days there will probably be too much homework, or I'll be too tired, or some people will just get too annoying. But hey, that's life. Get used to it. I can already tell there will be some friends that I will lose over the years and there are some that I haven't even met yet. I have a feeling that these next four years of my life are going to be filled with so many wonderful memories.

(minor detail: I don't have to ride the bus, I've got an older brother)

California Love - 2Pac

What can I say? I'm a California Gurl (just like Katy Perry). So today, I decided to post pictures of some of my favorite places and memories from when I lived there.

First off, my elementary school. No, I am not in this picture. But I couldn't find any other pictures. My best memory from Bollinger Canyon is on St.Patrick's Day one year me and my friend thought we would find a leprechaun on the playgrond 'cause there were random green spots everywhere. Sadly, we didn't find one.

Next, Disneyland. Not Disneyworld, because that's where losers go. California adventure is where it's at. My favorite ride there was probably the teacups. Except I would spin as little as possible because I'm awesome like that.

Thirdly, San Francisco. My favorite homeless person (yeah, I did just say that) is the bush man. If you don't know who the bushman is, then you haven't lived. He hides behind a bush and then people pay him to scare someone. It is amazing. I have a bright green shirt that says "The bush man scared me!" Truly Californian.

Last but certainly not least, Santa Monica. It's so beautiful who wouldn't love it there? I wanna go there again so badly. It would be a freaking blast. Anyone wanna come with?:)

So there you have it! It really makes you wanna live there, huh? I miss California so much. But I love Minnesota, too.

Flawz - Caitlin Crosby

Today, as I was watching the season finale of Make it or Break it, i heard the most wonderful song in the world. I am in love with the lyrics and it's definitely a new favorite.

Click here to hear the most inspirational song ever.

Lyrics:
Here I am, here I stand
Took a picture of my hand
Bet you can tell it's not mannicured
Here I am, half a man,
I'm not a doctor, I'm not a ten
And I never helped the score
I drive to fast, the team picked me last
I break the rules and like it
My body curves, I forget the words
I missed the serve and lost it

All my flaws to see
But you still love
Love me

Here I am face down
Sometimes I smile or frown
But it depends on the time of day
Here I go off the road
I spend cash on my clothes when I still have bills to pay
My skin isn't clear
Haven't spoken in a year
'Cause I still have fears I'm tryin' to overcome
My truths aren't right
My jeans are too tight
When I pick a fight I turn to run

All my flaws to see
But you still love, love me
You still love me

Even when I sin I don't fit in
'Cause I've been burned when I waited my turn
Don't act my age I don't want too
Call it a phase call me a taboo
Won't do as I'm told to believe
I wear my heart on my sleeve
Oh, oh, oh

All my flaws to see
You still love, love me yay
You still love oh oh
You still love me
